Laura Holtz is a multi-certified wellness professional and founder of Tight Line Wellness and Training, LLC, where she guides clients toward sustainable health transformation through an integrative, evidence-based approach.

How It Works
After the initial intake appointment, five remote sessions give us time to create real, lasting change.
We'll start with an intake form and coaching agreement to establish our partnership and ensure confidentiality. Then we'll meet via Zoom at times that work for your schedule.
